Privacy Policy
The Red Letter Bible Project (“we”, “us”) is operated by RLB Project (the “publisher”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, and any message you send us through a form on this site.
- Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and campaign parameters (such as utm_source or click identifiers) through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from our partners. Where you buy through a retailer such as Amazon, that retailer processes your purchase under its own policies; we receive only aggregate reporting, never your payment details.
How we use it
- To send you the updates, launch notices and occasional passages you asked for
- To send transactional messages such as confirmations and download links
- To respond to enquiries, including press and podcast requests
- To measure which pages and campaigns work, and to improve the site
- To comply with law and to protect against fraud and abuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and communicate with you. They may handle your information only on our instructions and only for the purposes described here. These fall into a few categories: website hosting and form capture, customer relationship management, email delivery, and basic site analytics. Each is bound by its own contractual and legal obligations, and none is permitted to use your information for its own marketing.
Cookies and tracking

Retention
We keep contact information for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards to honour suppression lists and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data there. Where personal information is transferred out of the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we rely on the appropriate safeguards permitted by law, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revised policy.
